Valetax has concluded its successful participation as Official Sponsor of the Smart Vision Summit (SVS) Morocco 2026, held on 30-31 October at the Pickalbatros Hotel du Golf in Marrakech. The two-day event was Smart Vision’s first official summit in Morocco and Francophone North Africa. It brought together brokers, fintech companies, partners, and industry professionals from across the trading and financial technology sectors.
Throughout the summit, the Valetax team welcomed visitors at Booth 2, which served as a hub for conversation and collaboration. Introducing brokers, partners, and industry professionals stopped by to meet the team, explore partnership opportunities, and get an early look at what’s next for Valetax.
Representing the company at the booth was Ahmed Rehab, Regional Managing Director, MENA, and Samir Sekkat, Business Development Manager, MENA. The team held one-to-one partnership discussions and spoke with traders and industry leaders about the opportunities emerging across Morocco, North Africa, and the wider MENA region.
Alongside the booth activities, Valetax also contributed to the summit’s educational programme, with Samir Sekkat presenting two seminars: “Cluster Technology and the Importance of Numerical Analysis” and “Institutional Trading Environment and Smart Positioning.” The sessions gave attendees insight into the technology and market structures shaping modern trading, reflecting Valetax’s focus on sharing knowledge with the trading community.
The summit also brought recognition for Valetax, which was named the “Top Trading Platform in the Middle East,” an award that reflects the company’s continued growth, its commitment to transparent, client-centred trading, and its deepening presence across the region. The recognition joins a growing list of industry accolades and reinforces Valetax’s position as a trusted partner for traders and businesses across MENA.
Reflecting on the event, Ahmed Rehab, Regional Managing Director, MENA at Valetax, said:
“We are grateful to Smart Vision for an excellent summit and to everyone who visited us at Booth 2. Morocco and the wider region have strong potential, with a fast-growing community of traders and a real appetite for innovation. Being recognised as the ‘Top Trading Platform in the Middle East’ motivates us to keep raising the standard, and the conversations we had in Marrakech reinforced our commitment to building lasting partnerships here. We are proud to be growing alongside this market.”
Valetax’s sponsorship of SVS Morocco 2026 reflects its continued focus on regional expansion, long-term partnerships, and close engagement with the trading community. The company will continue its active presence at industry events across the MENA region.
